You came into this full of hope. Now there are appointments full of poking and prodding, waiting, and a whole lot of feelings you did not sign up for. You can be grateful for parts of your life and still be heartbroken about this one.

I’m Michelle, a Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer online infertility and IVF counseling for adults across Missouri, including St. Louis. This is a place to say the hard things and allow yourself to be messy.

Room for all of it

Confusing appointments. Treatment stressors. Another negative test. A pregnancy announcement you want to celebrate but can barely face. The strain on your relationship, your confidence, or your sense of who you are. We can talk about all of it and more.

We can also create space to process pregnancy loss, reproductive trauma, or the uncertainty of deciding what comes next. There is no required level of grief and no right way to feel.

What we can work on together

We can make room for grief, work on coping with the waiting, practice boundaries around questions and advice, and talk through hard conversations with the people you love. We can talk about your appointments and advocating for yourself in this confusing process. Your choices are yours. My role is to help you find your footing as you make them.

Online support, wherever you are in Missouri

We meet by telehealth, so you can skip another drive across town. You will need a private space, a reliable internet connection, and to be physically in Missouri during sessions.
